Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, or Data Science with ML and signal processing focus.
• 4–8 years hands-on experience architecting, training, deploying DL models with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• 3 years experience building end-to-end data pipelines, synthetic data generation, and data quality validation for mission-critical systems.
• 3 years experience in technical communication: evaluation reports, customer design reviews, and cross-disciplinary discussions.
• 1 year applying ML to DSP/RF signals, communications, or electronic warfare domains (e.g., modulation recognition, spectrum sensing).
• Valid driver's license; U.S. citizen; Warner Robins, GA; security clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Design, train, optimize and profile custom deep learning architectures for RF signal characterization and EW countermeasure development.
• Develop, preprocess, and validate multi-sensor RF and EW datasets through synthetic generation tools, HWIL lab collections, and signal processing transformations.
• Benchmark, review, and stress test third-party or client ML architectures; deliver evaluation reports and recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver progress briefings, technical demonstrations, and sprint milestone updates to cross-functional teams and sponsors.
• Collaborate with systems and embedded engineers to containerize models and ensure edge compute compatibility.
