Job summary

VBeyond Corporation seeks a Technical Leader to drive the AWS AI/ML business in the United States. The role owns the technical strategy, planning, solutioning, and execution across AWS cloud technologies with a primary focus on scaling AI/ML initiatives for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in AI/ML, with 7+ years on AWS
• Deep hands-on AWS AI/ML service experience (SageMaker, Transcribe, Rekognition) and AI platforms
• Proven leadership in professional services delivery and leading high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and enterprise implementations
• Experience advising C-level leaders, leading pre-sales, and crafting enterprise solutions
• Solid software development lifecycle knowledge (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; applicable AWS certifications
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; travel up to 50%

We are seeking a Technical Leader to drive our AWS AI/ML business. The AI/ML Leader is responsible for the overall technical strategy, planning, solutioning, and execution in growing our AWS AI/ML practice. This role requires both breadth and depth across AWS cloud technologies—including applications, infrastructure, security, software development, and analytics—with a primary focus on scaling our growing AWS AI/ML initiatives.\

• \Drive Strategy:\<\/b\> Define and execute our AWS AI/ML technical strategy, offerings, and go-to-market solutions in collaboration with the AWS Global Leader, sales, and cross-functional teams.\

• \Pre-Sales & Revenue Growth:\<\/b\> Lead technical discussions, partner on customer pursuits, and assist in creating proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and presentations to acquire new business.\
\
• \Subject Matter Expertise:\<\/b\> Serve as the primary expert on our AI/ML capabilities, product offerings, and custom solutions.\

• \AWS Partnership:\<\/b\> Deeply engage with AWS sales, partner leaders, and AI/ML specialists to align on product roadmaps, features, and joint go-to-market initiatives.\

• \Packaged Solutions:\<\/b\> Direct the selection, design, and commercialization of packaged AI/ML offerings to achieve practice revenue targets.\

• \Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing:\<\/b\> Develop best practices, white papers, blog posts, prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), demos, and workshops.\

• \Delivery & Relationship Management:\<\/b\> Oversee client engagements using AWS AI/ML products, while building strategic relationships with client C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors.\

• \Continuous Innovation:\<\/b\> Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching and expanding your expertise in emerging cloud and AI technologies.\

\Basic Qualifications\<\/b\>\

• \AI/ML & Cloud Expertise:\<\/b\> 10–15 years of relevant AI/ML industry experience, including 7+ years architecting, building, and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS.\
\
• \AWS Product Mastery:\<\/b\> Deep, hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services (Amazon SageMaker, Transcribe, Rekognition) and agentic/generative AI platforms (Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Q).\
\
• \Leadership & Practice Management:\<\/b\> Proven track record in practice leadership, professional services delivery, and managing high-performing, results-driven teams.\
\
• \Technical Foundation:\<\/b\> Strong knowledge of AWS cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and production-level enterprise implementations.\
\
• \Client Engagement:\<\/b\> Direct experience advising C-level leaders, leading technical pre-sales, and crafting tailored enterprise solutions.\
\
• \Software Engineering:\<\/b\> Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) including Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.\

• \Education & Credentials:\<\/b\> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience; applicable AWS Cloud certifications required.\

• \Communication:\<\/b\> Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a history of persuasive technical storytelling.\
\
• \Travel:\<\/b\> Willingness to travel up to 50% on average based on client and industry needs.\
