Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Core Infrastructure Engineering Leader to guide a high-performing team responsible for healthy, high-performance GPU/AI/ML infrastructure. You will oversee end-to-end customer execution, POCs, troubleshooting, and automation for provisioning, configuring, and monitoring complex clusters.

You will mentor engineers, drive deployment readiness, and collaborate with services and sales teams to optimize reliability and scale for strategic customers.

Qualifications

7+ years of senior software engineering leadership or related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Core Infrastructure Engineers.
Drive design, development, testing, validation, and deployment readiness of automated GPU cluster deployment tools.
Collaborate with OCI Services, customer and sales teams to deliver reliable infrastructures.
Own problems and drive solutions, documenting potential issues for customers.
Tune parameters and optimize resources to improve performance and reduce downtime.
