Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) seeks a Full Stack Developer 3 - AI to join our team in the Chicagoland area (Glenview, IL). The role focuses on building AI-powered solutions, ML models, and end-to-end pipelines, collaborating with business and technology partners.

You will work on-site most days with three flexible remote days per month, tackling challenges in NLP, LLMs, and data processing, and helping scale models while keeping code maintainable and well-tested.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of software development experience.
• Experience with AI/ML models and end-to-end pipelines.
• Experience with large language models and NLP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop state-of-the-art ML models and leverage LLMs to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand AI needs and devise solutions.
• Design end-to-end data pipelines and deploy models for various use cases (Document Q&A, Search, Information Retrieval, classification, personalization).
• Monitor and improve deployed models for performance and scalability.
