About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leads the strategic implementation of AI-driven automation and predictive analytics, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.
  • Evaluates emerging AI technologies, enhances AI-powered risk management frameworks, and drives the integration of AI into network operations and security functions.
  • Works closely with network engineers to implement Intent-Based Networking using Cisco Catalyst Center, leveraging its AI capabilities to automate network discovery, performance optimization, and policy enforcement across multi-vendor environments.
  • Responsible for training and mentoring teams on AI model development, deployment, and ethical AI practices.
  • Ensures that the network infrastructure remains agile, secure, and resilient against evolving threats while maximizing automation and efficiency.
  • Requires 8-10 years of experience for Bachelor's degree, 6-8 years for Master's, and 3-5 years for PhD.
  • Provides technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
  • Establishes goals and plans to meet project objectives.
  • Possesses domain and technical expertise.
  • Manages activities for a client, including financial management, methods, and staffing to meet technical requirements.
  • Engages in client negotiations and interfaces with senior management.
  • Makes decisions impacting project implementation and may supervise others.
