Initial projects include AI-assisted data review, workflow automation, dashboards, and tools helping staff access laboratory information. You will build practical AI tools and low-code apps using approved platforms, organize laboratory data for better sample tracking and scheduling, document workflows, and support data integration across systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or projects.
• Interest in applying AI, data, software, or automation to improve laboratory operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with building AI tools, low-code apps, dashboards, forms, and automated workflows using approved platforms.
• Analyze laboratory data to improve sample tracking, inventory, scheduling, instrument utilization, reporting, and turnaround time.
• Document laboratory workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for AI or automation.
• Support integration among laboratory systems, instrument data, spreadsheets, databases, and business applications.
• Capture and report metrics on time saved, reduced manual entries, and improved data access.
