Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is building a new AI-focused engineering team in Walnut Creek, CA. The team includes data scientists, generalist software engineers, and a project manager, focusing on Data Engineering within GCP and ML/AI engineering.

Use generative AI and ML tools to craft business solutions aimed at improving member experience and operational efficiency. The role requires proactive learning and problem solving to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI solutions on cloud platforms with strong data handling.
• Hands-on with ML lifecycle, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI solutions using Google Cloud AI and Salesforce AI platforms.
• Train and fine tune models for performance, scalability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with MWG stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate training data and ensure high quality data sources.
• Work with IT teams to deploy solutions into MWG systems.
• Implement testing and monitoring to improve model reliability.
• Pilot proofs of concept for new model approaches with business partners.
• Lead internal projects to improve processes and operations.
• Perform business intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on generative AI and ML developments.
