Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and implement enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for clinical data workflows in Indianapolis. You will deliver secure, scalable architectures and own project delivery with emphasis on technical excellence.

Applicants should have 5+ years in software, data, or ML engineering, 3+ years deploying ML to production, and strong AWS/Databricks/Python/PySpark experience. This is a 6-month on-site engagement in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Stats or related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of software, data, or ML engineering experience.
• 3+ years deploying ML solutions into production.
• Strong experience with AWS, Databricks, Python, PySpark, and DevOps.

• Design, engineer, and implement enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for clinical data workflows.
