The role requires a STEM degree with 4–6+ years (or a Master’s with 3+ years), active DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret possible), and experience with Python/C/C++, ML frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM with 4–6+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret possible).
• Experience with AI/ML techniques including deep learning, NLP, CV, and RL.
• Experience with Python, C, C++, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, Git, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML products supporting AI/ML strategy and backlog.
• Collaborate with data team members and SMEs on model development for customer products.
• Train models and algorithms across cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Support full lifecycle of AI/ML projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Design, validate, and deploy AI/ML models with rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with software, security, and DevOps teams to productionize models.
• Communicate AI/ML concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in defining problem statements and success metrics.
