Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to partner with product managers and engineers to design and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. You will develop AI-powered applications, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and intelligent automation, leveraging cloud-native architectures and secure, observable systems.

The ideal candidate blends strong software engineering with modern AI tech, owning the lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and adoption across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in Software/ML/AI engineering roles.
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/DS or equivalent.
• Strong Python, production-grade apps.
• Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Familiar with Agile and SDLC processes.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Harness.
• Containerization with Docker; Kubernetes experience.
• Cloud experience on GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Experience Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents.
