Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an AI/ML Engineer and Data Scientist to design and implement advanced data pipelines and platforms across mission-driven projects. You will work with analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers to transform data into actionable insights for areas from fraud detection to national intelligence.

The role requires strong Python/R skills, experience with APIs/dbs, and GenAI expertise, plus TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with major data science languages such as Python and R.
4+ years of experience retrieving, merging, and analyzing structured and unstructured data sources from APIs and databases through Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI.
Experience preparing data for use with AI or GenAI models.
Experience with data analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, or AI and ML.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in data engineering, or 12+ years of experience in data engineering in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy data pipelines and platforms that organize disparate data for clients.
Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Guide a multi-disciplinary team to assess, design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions for mission-driven projects.
