Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join a growing IT organization focused on developing and implementing machine learning solutions that drive business value. You will work with large datasets to design, build, and optimize ML models and AI-driven applications, collaborating across teams throughout the software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI/ML or related fields, hands-on PyTorch or Python ML libraries, and experience deploying ML models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning Development, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Python-based ML libraries.
• Experience working with and analyzing large-scale datasets.
• Understanding of Java applications and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience developing, training, testing, and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn new technologies.
