TalentHop is building an AI-native vehicle platform in the USA, seeking an AI/ML Engineer to own AI model lifecycles, collaborate across departments, and deliver measurable improvements in manufacturing and supply chain operations.

You will develop generative AI systems, apply NLP and computer vision to real-world manufacturing challenges, and deploy models in production with a focus on reliability and scalability.

Formación

• PhD or 3+ years of professional or research ML experience required.
• Strong foundations in model training, evaluation, and regularization.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy AI/ML features end-to-end in production environments.
• Develop generative AI systems using LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Create data pipelines, labeling workflows, and evaluation frameworks for AI projects.
• Address manufacturing and supply chain problems with AI techniques (vision, predictive maintenance, forecasting).
• Collaborate with Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations to translate requirements into AI solutions.
