Job summary

Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks an AI/ML Program Manager to drive initiatives across product development teams. You will coordinate planning through deployment, align stakeholders, and influence milestones with executive visibility.

The role blends hands-on program leadership, technical collaboration, and cross‑functional engagement in a high‑visibility environment, reporting to leadership in SSD product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SSD product development, validation, firmware, semiconductor products, or related technical environments.
  • Experience managing technical programs, project schedules, issue tracking, and multi-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to deployment milestones and communicate technical status to leadership.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams, functions, and geographic regions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI/ML initiatives from requirements through deployment across product development teams
  • Manage project breakthroughs, deployment readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go decisions
  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams, resolve blockers, and manage dependencies across engineering workflows
  • Track portfolio progress, align initiatives with business priorities, and identify high-value AI/ML opportunities
  • Develop executive presentations, portfolio updates, and communications highlighting program status and outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to deployment milestones and communicate technical status to leadership
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams, functions, and geographic regions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with AI/ML deployment workflows, agentic systems, or MCP‑based architectures
  • Knowledge of storage systems, validation processes, firmware development, and product development workflows
  • Experience leading daily standups, handling partner concerns, and resolving complex cross‑team dependencies
  • Experience supporting adoption of AI‑assisted development tools and platforms
