Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our client in Tampa, FL. You will design and develop production-grade AI applications, including multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, scalable data platforms, and REST-based backend services.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, and FastAPI, plus cloud platforms and CI/CD. This role focuses on building end-to-end AI capabilities with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and maintain multi-agent orchestration systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop scalable FastAPI-based backend services and REST APIs.
• Create and optimize ETL pipelines, data ingestion frameworks, and real-time analytics solutions.
• Integrate vector databases and retrieval systems including Milvus, DuckDB, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Implement document ingestion, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy applications.
• Work with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable and reliable deployments.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support.
