Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced ML Engineer with 7-8 years of total experience, including 5 years as a hands-on contributor.

The role focuses on leading ML engineering efforts, coordinating with teams, and applying advanced prompting strategies like CoT/ToT and Graph-of-Thought in production ML workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong MLOps experience across AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, GCP or Azure, plus solid software lifecycle and agile practices.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years total experience in ML engineering
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in ML engineering
• Experience leading ML/AI teams or projects
• Hands-on with agent-based workflows, MCP, RAG and context engineering
• Familiar with CoT/ToT/Graph-of-Thought prompting strategies
• Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to set clear OKRs aligned with business needs
• Proficiency with GitHub and SDLC practices

Work Authorization:

Minimum 7-8 years of total experience

• Proven experience working with teams of ML engineers or scientists
• Hands-on experience with agent based workflows, MCP, RAG and context engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of Chain-of-Thoughts, Tree-of-Thoughts, and Graph-of-Thoughts prompting strategies
• Experience with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to write clear and concise OKRs and align with business expectations
• Experience with GitHub
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and data engineering
