Job description

Role: AI/ML Eng (5+ years experience)

Duration: 3-month contract (Could be extended for 6 months before conversion)
Location: Remote (MN preferred)

Work Authorization: EAD/GC/Citizen

4 8 Years of Strong Software Engineering Experience

• Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.

AI Software Engineer, Not a Traditional Data Scientist

• We are not looking for candidates whose primary experience is model training, data analysis, statistical research, or academic AI/ML work.
• We are looking for engineers who have successfully built and deployed AI-powered applications and business solutions.

Hands-On Experience with Generative AI Solutions

• Experience building production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations.
• Ability to demonstrate real-world implementations and business outcomes.

Strong Architecture and Production Delivery Skills

• Experience designing scalable solutions and taking applications from concept to production.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, security, and operational support.
