Artifintech is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI capabilities that empower the Finance organization. You will drive LLM applications, RAG workflows, and intelligent agents to improve decision-making and productivity at enterprise scale.

You will collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Responsible AI teams to ensure trusted, governed AI solutions that meet enterprise standards and security requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Proven software engineering and ML/AI engineering experience.
• Hands-on production experience with generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, evaluation, and governance.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, data platforms, scalable systems, and security/compliance.

Are you passionate about applyingAIto solve complex business challenges at enterprise scale? We are seeking a LeadAI/MLEngineer to design, build, and operationalizeAIcapabilities that drive decision-making, productivity, and innovation across the Finance organization.

In this role, you will lead the development ofAI-powered solutions including large language model (LLM) applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent agents, classification models, summarization workflows, and decision-support tools. You will work closely with Finance, Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and ResponsibleAIteams to deliver trusted, scalable, and governedAIsolutions. The role aligns with enterpriseAI/MLengineering practices andAIproductization standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• Significant experience in software engineering, machine learning, orAIengineering.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying generativeAIand LLM-based applications in production environments.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures,AIagents, model evaluation, and operationalAIgovernance.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, data platforms, and scalable software systems.
• Knowledge of ResponsibleAI, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, or other enterprise finance functions.
• 1-2+ years in developing and deploying agenticAIsolutions.
• Familiarity withAIobservability, model monitoring, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Experience leading enterpriseAIproducts from design through production support.
