Job summary

RPL International in Miami, Florida, is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to help build an enterprise AI capability from the ground up. You will design, deploy, and operate production-ready AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, Python, SQL, and AWS services.

Hybrid role with on-site work Monday through Thursday. Requires 5–6 years in AI/ML or related fields, a strong Snowflake background, and track record deploying AI in production.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on Snowflake expertise, particularly Snowflake Cortex and Snowpark.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based AI development.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and ECS.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and responsible AI practices.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, DS, or related field.

• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor enterprise AI/ML solutions using Snowflake Cortex and Snowpark.
• Build production-ready Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI applications.
• Develop and maintain AI workloads using Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services.
• Support existing containerized AI applications running on AWS ECS.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and business teams to deliver enterprise AI products.
