Job summary

Swift is seeking an AI/ML Engineer in McLean, VA to design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across domains including NLP, computer vision, and forecasting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-enabled AI solutions for civilian and defense customers. U.S.

citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance are required. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of hands-on Python or R, cloud, and model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Python or R for AI/ML development.
• 5+ years of Cloud computing services and cloud-based AI/ML development/deployment.
• 5+ years of AI/ML model development and deployment, including tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across domains including generative AI, classification, prediction, computer vision, NLP, and reinforcement learning.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across various domains, including generative Al, classification, prediction, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning


• Provide AI/ML engineering services to support customer's initiatives, leveraging expertise in AI/ML algorithms, software development, and cloud computing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)


• 5 years of experience with Python or R programming languages for AI/ML development


• 5 years of experience with Cloud computing services from major providers, including experience with cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment


• 5 years of experience with AI/ML model development and deployment, including model tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking


• US citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Desired Experience:

• Experience with AI/ML model explainability and interpretability techniques


• Familiarity with Sponsor's enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices


• Experience with front-end web development frameworks, such as Flask


• Experience with Tableau to produce visualizations and dashboards


• Experience with verification and validation test benches


• Deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras


• Version control systems, such as GitHub
