Job summary

Black Canyon Consulting seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design, implement, and optimize machine learning systems and applications. You will train and evaluate models, select algorithms, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

The position requires strong math, statistics, and software architecture knowledge, plus hands-on experience with PyTorch/Keras and scikit-learn in Python or Java/R.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
  • Experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and use results to evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models.
  • Experience selecting appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
  • Experience conducting machine learning tests and experiments.
  • Ability to develop robust code using Python, Java, and/or R.
  • Experience with PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn.

Overview

Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is searching for an AI/ML Engineer to support the development and implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The AI/ML Engineer will work with technical and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can address complex business and technical challenges and deliver meaningful results.

Job Description

The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain machine learning systems and applications. This position will work with data science prototypes, select and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools, and train and optimize models based on performance and test results.

The AI/ML Engineer will also collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand client challenges, identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions, and translate those opportunities into scalable technical capabilities.

Required Skills
