Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an innovative AI Engineer for a retail client in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that address business problems and enable data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with data architects, engineers, and stakeholders to build, train, and productionize models using structured and unstructured data, leveraging generative AI and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role with hands-on portfolio.
• Experience needs to be HANDS ON; you built and coded the solution yourself.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of data structures and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with generative AI techniques including RAG, embeddings, vector search, and context orchestration.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and building APIs to integrate models into applications.

Responsibilities
