JPC TECHNO INC is seeking an AI/ML Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and prompt engineering. You will design scalable AI solutions using LLMs, vector databases, and agentic workflows in a secure context-managed environment.

You will build RAG pipelines, develop intelligent agents, craft prompts, and implement guardrails to mitigate prompt injection while integrating LLMs with enterprise systems and APIs.

Formación

• Hands-on Python and AI/ML development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Experience with vector embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
• Experience developing AI agents, tool calling, function calling, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of context engineering, prompt design, context-window management, and prompt injection mitigation.
• Experience evaluating AI systems for latency and scalability.

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable AI solutions using LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows, and secure context management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines, including document processing, chunking strategies, embeddings, and vector database integration.
• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, function calling, API integrations, and frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Engineer effective prompts, manage context windows, and optimize system prompts for accuracy and performance.
• Implement guardrails and mitigate prompt injection and other LLM security risks.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, external APIs, and data sources.
• Evaluate, test, and optimize AI solutions for quality, latency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with vector embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.
• Experience developing AI agents, tool calling, function calling, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of context engineering, prompt design, context-window management, and prompt injection mitigation.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, debugging, and performance optimization.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience deploying AI applications using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, LLM observability, and production monitoring.

Preferred Profile: A hands-on AI/ML Developer capable of building secure, scalable, and production-ready RAG applications and agentic AI solutions.
