Job summary

Data Scientist/Software Engineer role at CACI International seeks to enhance battlespace awareness and decision-support across AF C2/ISR domains and IC/Joints components. You will contribute to software development, O&M and R&D for AF C2 & ISR, improving information security and enabling advanced data access, processing and dissemination technologies.

Qualifications

3+ years experience with developing and implementing AI/ML solutions, specifically with the ability to facilitate the design and implementation of NLP pipelines from data collection to model deployment, and the application of large language models (LLMs).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
3+ years experience with modern software development, e.g., Java (J2EE), Spring, C#, etc. as part of a development team utilizing strict configuration management practices e.g., git, Gitlab, GitHub.
Experience with NLP techniques and libraries, e.g., spaCy
Experience with industry standard build, packaging, and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Maven, Yum, NPM, and RPM.
Experience in designing and developing RESTful interfaces.
Intermediate debugging and run time skills needed.
