Job summary

Knight Federal Solutions Inc. is a trusted provider to DoD and the Intelligence Community, seeking a data science and software development professional. The role focuses on developing ML and data mining algorithms, and integrating solutions to support government intelligence missions.

The position requires TS/SCI with CI poly, strong experience in AWS and secure software development, and a collaborative, Agile team environment in a classified setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with AWS.
• 3+ years of experience with programming languages Rust, Java, Python, JavaScript, and HTML.
• 3+ years of experience in software development with basic programming technologies, tools, or web development stacks in a classified environment.
• 1+ years of experience with AI/ML implementation and development.
• TS SCI w/ CI Poly.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools, including GitHub.
• Experience with Agile methodology, software engineering, product management, and software products.

Responsibilities

• Develops and utilizes machine learning and data mining algorithms, including MIMOSA-based approaches.
• Integrates or codes algorithms to support Government intelligence search and discovery missions.
• Makes best-practice recommendations on managing data within hardware, software, storage, and bandwidth constraints.
• Em assists in data science techniques to support predictive analysis, social media and crowd-sourced data analytics, wargaming, and strategy development.
• Employs exploratory analysis and rapid iteration techniques of large volumes of data to quickly derive intelligence.
• Prepares products to describe and document findings and activities.
