Requirements include a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering or an MS with significant experience in hardware design and digital systems. The compensation ranges from $155,000 to $215,000 per year, plus benefits such as top-tier health insurance and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering or MS with 4+ years of experience in hardware design.
• Expertise in digital design, including RTL logic design and timing closure.
• Strong knowledge in AI software optimization techniques for CPU, GPU, and NPU.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop next-generation memory solution architecture and hardware prototypes.
• Collaborate with system software engineers for HW/SW co-optimization.
• Deliver memory subsystem designs, including microarchitecture specification and verification.
