Job summary

Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies. We seek US-based physicians (MD/DO) to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for an AI evaluation program, focusing on internal and general medicine.

You will review vignettes, score reasoning quality, and write short rationales as part of a three-read process. Tasks are time-flexible and paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $100/hr.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and an active US medical license.
• Board certification or residency training with recent direct patient care.
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and application of guidelines.
• Experience in medical AI evaluation or medical annotation is a plus.
• Strong written English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with questions, answers, and distractors.
• Score clinical reasoning quality: vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality.
• Check whether reasoning chains reach conclusions from vignette facts.
• Write concise rationales and participate in blind reads with physician adjudication.
