Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented individuals to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off or incorrect, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with keen attention to detail and the ability to articulate explanations in writing. No fixed hours, access to leading LLMs, and compensation up to $18/hour are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like anomalies or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
