Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with an AI voice model and scoring each exchange. You will compare generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, and write precise explanations of what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
- Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in and replaying—to spot problems like artifacts or misalignment.
- Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explicit English explanations of findings.
