Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, score live AI voice model conversations, and explain discrepancies. You will compare image/video outputs to the prompt and describe what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet during realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flicker, misalignment, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism.
