Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote location. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off to help improve AI reasoning and performance.

Role is fully remote with flexible hours. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives and get access to leading LLMs. Join a project that spans worldwide contributors and supports weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and daily conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a specific English explanation pointing to what was heard or seen.
