Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing for each cycle.

Work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. This role helps shape how AI systems reason and improve in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think clearly and decide when options have flaws.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence and quality.
• Inspecting outputs to detect distortions, artifacts, or misalignment and explaining issues in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing specific English explanations.
