We are currently seeking a AI Managing Director for Client Growth Office - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

As an AI Managing Director with NTT DATA’s Data and Artificial Intelligence practice, you will leverage your technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong sales acumen to successfully lead AI initiatives and drive business growth while part of the Client Growth Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the AI practice, aligning with overall business objectives and ensuring the integration of AI across various areas.
  • Actively engage in selling AI solutions to key clients, identifying market opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and solution demonstrations.
  • Engage with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop AI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and present compelling AI use cases and success stories to highlight the value of AI solutions to prospective clients.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for AI project management, including methodologies, tools, and standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and GenAI.
  • Drive the development of frameworks, capabilities, and features for the AI practice, enhancing the overall quality and impact of AI solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the practice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.
  • Mentor and guide AI teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering high-quality AI solutions that meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining a utilization of 50% or greater.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years' experience in professional services industry or industry equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience leading in projects that focus on one or more of the following areas:
    • Artificial Intelligence
    • Generative AI
    • AI Agents
    • Machine Learning and Machine Learning Ops
  • 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Commercial, BFSI, or Healthcare
  • 3+ years’ of hands-on experience in presales activities and account leadership
  • Ability to travel at least 25%.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Gen AI technologies, ML, and NLP.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders with data driven insights.
  • Ability to represent the firm in AI conferences, industry panels, and thought leadership events.
  • Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading AI consulting teams.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $240,000.00 - $350,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
