The opportunity

Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team applies cutting-edge technology to solve challenging problems for our clients. You will work closely with clients and diverse teams to create innovative solutions, building knowledge applicable across various projects. This role requires a passion for continuous learning, staying ahead of trends, and influencing new ways of working to deliver relevant solutions.

You will research, build, and implement scalable AI systems tailored to business needs across cloud and on-premises environments. Enhancing data pipelines, monitoring learning processes, and collaborating with data professionals to industrialize analysis are key responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and managing processes and projects.
• Improving processes through research and analysis.
• Managing teams and supervising technical initiatives.
• Engaging with clients and leading workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and managing engagement economics.

Skills and attributes for success

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 6-10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• 2-4 years managing technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Generative AI models, ML packages, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of ML workflows, MLOps, data manipulation, and model deployment.
• Strong communication skills, mathematical knowledge, and ability to scale models.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Experience with additional programming languages and complex project management.
• Knowledge of industry trends, data visualization, and storytelling.
