Job description

Position Title: AI / LLM Engineer

Location: Seattle/NJ/Dallas, TX

Duration: 12 plus months with possible extension

Strong backend engineer with hands-on AI, GenAI/LLM production experience (not just research)

Must have experience:

• Large Language Models (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, or similar)
• Very strong prompt engineering skills, function calling, RAG architectures
• Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar)
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma, etc.)
• Python backend development (FastAPI/Flask)
• API integrations and workflow orchestration
• Deep Learning & Machine Learning (model training, fine-tuning, evaluation – PyTorch/TensorFlow)

Good to have:

• Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes
• RAG systems, document AI, voice AI
