• Compensation: Up to 38 LPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations for large-scale AI/ML data programs, ensuring SLA, TAT, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Manage large production teams with coaching, capability development, and performance management.
• Own workforce planning: staffing, capacity forecasting, utilization, attrition, and absenteeism management.
• Monitor volumes, productivity, backlog, utilization, quality, and KPIs via dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring plans, onboarding, ramp-up, and workforce needs.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce attrition/shrinkage, optimize utilization, and overall efficiency.
• Lead new program launches, transitions, pilots, and large-scale ramp-ups with operational readiness.
• Identify gaps, perform RCA, CAPA, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations Management: Lead end\\-to\\-end production operations for large\\-scale AI/ML data programs, ensuring delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLA), Turnaround Time (TAT), quality, productivity, and cost targets.


• Team Leadership: Manage large production teams, driving performance through effective people management, coaching, capability development, and performance management.


• Workforce Planning: Own workforce planning, capacity forecasting, staffing, resource allocation, utilization, shrinkage, absenteeism, and attrition management.


• Performance Monitoring: Monitor production volumes, productivity, backlog, utilization, quality, and operational KPIs through dashboards and management reports.


• Talent Collaboration: Ensure optimal manpower availability by working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring plans, onboarding, ramp\\-up, and workforce requirements.


• Operational Improvements: Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce attrition and shrinkage, optimize utilization, and enhance overall operational efficiency.


• Cross\\-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with AI/ML, Technology, Data Science, Quality, Training, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Program Management teams to resolve operational and technical challenges.


• Program Launches: Lead new program launches, transitions, pilots, and large\\-scale production ramp\\-ups while ensuring operational readiness.


• Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Production Management, AI Data Operations, or related fields.


• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Mycology, or a related domain.


• Location: Noida (Remote work available).


• Compensation: Up to 38 LPA.
