Competenze

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; LL.M. or foreign equivalent not eligible.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Current practice in litigation, corporate, real estate, bankruptcy, or compliance; seasoned litigators preferred.
• Strong litigation strategy, writing, research, and civil procedure skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and analytical.
