RemoteJobsOne is seeking an AI Legal Fellow — Litigation & Motion Practice for The Winning Motion, a part-time AI fellowship advancing high-quality AI-generated legal advocacy. This fully remote role targets experienced litigators with strong motion practice skills to train and evaluate frontier AI models.

The Fellow will review AI-generated motions, help define standards and training data, and collaborate with product and research teams to improve AI-driven litigation support.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience litigating civil matters in federal court, including motion practice.
• At least 3 motions won in federal civil litigation, with documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform simulated motion drafting and litigation strategy exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to litigation scenarios with expert feedback.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance in litigation.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices.
