Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Linguistic Evaluators to assess Marathi-language outputs for a short collaboration. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start, with compensation at 18 USD per hour.

You will interact with an AI assistant in Marathi, translate prompts from English when needed, and evaluate linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural relevance following project guidelines. Prior experience in linguistics, translation, localization, or related language work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Native-level Marathi with strong English skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional language-related experience.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide objective feedback.
• Experience with linguistics, translation, localization, or content review is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in Marathi
• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language
• Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into the target language
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, or
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in language-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments
• Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback
