Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Linguistic Evaluators to assess Gujarati-language performance for a short collaboration. This remote freelance role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start, with work conducted entirely online from anywhere in the United States.

You will interact with an AI assistant in Gujarati, translate prompts from English, evaluate responses against guidelines, and provide structured feedback on localization quality and cultural relevance to help improve next-generation AI systems.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Gujarati.
• Excellent English grammar and cultural knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional language-related experience.
• Ability to follow project guidelines and evaluate AI content.
• Experience with localization or translation is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into the target language
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, or
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in language-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments
• Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback
