Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Contract/Lawyer Evaluator to assess AI-generated artifacts and redlines in a fully remote role. You will apply domain expertise to grade contracts and diligence outputs, delivering clear feedback to improve model accuracy and rigor.

Requirements include 5+ years in legal contracts or diligence, native or professional English, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides/PowerPoint. Contract work is remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Legal contracts / diligence / redlines.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks .
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to enhance AI model outputs .
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .
