Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Legal / compliance Evaluator for a remote contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics and identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.

You will provide clear, structured feedback and apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs. The role requires independence and the ability to work asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Legal / compliance.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Advanced degree ( Master's or higher ) from a reputable institution.
