As an AI Lead supporting VY Systems in Jersey City, New Jersey, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of artificial intelligence initiatives, model lifecycle management, and architectural governance across hybrid client engagements. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers in Agile delivery environments, establishing robust MLOps practices, model monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable AI architectures, conducting rigorous model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance benchmarking, ensuring strict compliance with enterprise data privacy standards and security baselines, preparing comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and executive status reports, and managing corp-to-corp (C2C) collaboration workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end artificial intelligence strategy, model architecture design, and enterprise AI product development.
