MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an AI Lead in Alpharetta, GA to oversee multiple software engineering teams within the AI Ready Data portfolio. The role focuses on guiding development strategies, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and driving AI-first solutions across the SDLC.

The candidate will mentor engineers, enforce code quality, and champion innovative AI technologies such as LLMs, GenAI, and AI-driven tooling.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture
• Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy aligned with program and portfolio objectives
• Coordinate closely with program and portfolio leads to ensure alignment of goals priorities and delivery timelines
• Establish review and enforce code quality standards and best practices across all teams
• Identify areas for process improvement resource optimization and skill development to enhance team capabilities
• Champion the adoption and integration of AI technologies within the SDLC including synthetic data generation and AI-driven development tools
• Hands-on creation of AI agents, skills and harnesses to support an AI-first approach implementation
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies
• Oversee the use and management of Azure infrastructure, GitHub repositories and GitHub Actions pipelines
• Promote and leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot and Factory AI to enhance development efficiency and innovation
• Drive innovation through showcases and continuous delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality
• Mentor and support team members fostering professional growth and continuous learning
