Job summary

Sidglobal is seeking an AI Lead Developer to architect, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI, Generative AI, and multi-agent solutions. You will mentor engineers, drive AI strategy, and shape capabilities across global teams. This hands-on role evolves toward a Global AI Practice Head position.

The position requires deep expertise in AI architecture, LLM-powered apps, cloud-native deployments, and scalable AI platforms, with a clear path to leadership within the AI practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with 4+ years in AI/GenAI solutions.
• Strong Python development experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and ADK.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and vector search solutions.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Azure AI Search).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, and AI deployment.
