Job summary

Infarsight is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deploy AI agents and LLM-based applications. You will build agentic workflows, leverage LangChain/LangGraph, and integrate with external systems such as CRMs and databases.

You will own end-to-end delivery from development to production. Strong Python proficiency, experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and experience with Docker and CI/CD are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex.
• Develop and deploy:
• LLM-based applicationswith strong focus on prompt engineering and system design.
• Agentic workflows(multi-step reasoning, tool use, planning agents).
• Tool-using agents(API/function calling).
• Multi-agent and RAG-based systemsfrom POC MVP production.
• Integrate solutions with external systems (CRMs, databases, APIs).
• Own end-to-end delivery and ensure production readiness.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Agentic AI frameworks(LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)or similar orchestration approaches.
• Solid understanding of APIs and backend systems.
• Knowledge of LLMs(OpenAI and open-source models).
• Expertise in prompt engineering and agent design patterns.
• Working knowledge of Dockerand CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Exposure to vector databases(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Redis).
• Working knowledge of Node.js, Java, or .NET.
