Job summary

Virtue America in New Jersey seeks a Mid-Senior Level AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and RAG. You will integrate LLMs, build robust prompts, and ensure security and governance.

You will work with engineering, data and business teams to deliver production-grade applications, optimize AI workflows, monitor observability with Arize AI or similar, and help scale deployments across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Azure AI Search and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and GPT-based applications.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM application development.
• Experience with Arize AI, LangSmith, or similar AI observability tools.
• Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and cloud-based AI integrations.
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI evaluation.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
