Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a business technology or information technology environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive successful AI adoption and business outcomes.

The AI Solution Lead 2 leads medium-complexity AI initiatives and serves as a primary liaison between operations, business partners, and enterprise AI governance.
