Job summary

TSMG is seeking Quality control specialists to support an AI language project focused on improving speech recognition systems. As a QC contributor, you will review completed language annotation tasks and ensure transcripts are transformed into natural, readable display text according to guidelines.

You will focus on punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, and text normalization, while preserving original meaning and applying project-specific standards. Training is provided.

• Excellent written skills in the target language.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently.

Responsibilities

• Review completed Display Transcription tasks for accuracy and consistency.
• Compare the Display Transcription against the original lexical transcript and guidelines.
• Verify correct punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, and currencies.
• Ensure original meaning is preserved and flag errors per guidelines.
• Identify and correct formatting or guideline-related errors.
• Use reference audio to verify ambiguous cases when needed.
• Apply project-specific quality standards consistently.
• Provide accurate feedback and flag recurring issues.
• Complete QC tasks within deadlines and productivity targets.
