Job summary

Allstate Technology Solutions is seeking a Digital Product Manager to turn strategy into tangible outcomes—stories, designs, and shipped capabilities. You’ll work hands-on with data, influence direction, and navigate ambiguity to solve hard problems.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, UX, architecture, and business to ensure teams stay aligned on outcomes and priorities. Strong stakeholder management and a bias for action are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience with a strong execution track record
• Experience working with AI technologies (Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS); scaling AI-powered products is a plus
• Proficiency in Agile product development
• Comfort operating in ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Product Direction: Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned to strategy, customer value, and measurable outcomes
• Stakeholder & Demand Management: Manage cross-functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating value, and driving transparent, outcome-based prioritization
• Problem Framing: Define clear problem statements and success criteria in partnership with users and stakeholders
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use research, analytics, and raw data to surface insights, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap and delivery decisions
• User Experience: Advocate for intuitive experiences and contribute to solution design from concept through execution
• AI Innovation: Identify and apply AI (including GenAI and agentic tech), rapidly experimenting to responsibly scale ideas into production
• AI Knowledge management: Pushes on new innovative ways to provide knowledge to AI agents, works with stakeholders to audit existing knowledge sources, and collaborates with engineering teams to validate how knowledge is translated into the product
